Description

Cable / Rope winding & length measuring machine.

Currently NONE in stock.

Extremely sturdy frame built of 2 inch box steel , this hand coiling machine can be used to produce hand coils, or drums can be used if needed.
There is a pay off roller which extends out of the machine for feeding the cable/rope through the measuring head and onto the coiler.

Tool tray underneth for cutters, cable ties etc.. and also a handy hook for hacksaw/cutting tool.

The coiling head has a clamp to hold the material ready for coiling or there are two different size rings to wedge the cable in. The side of the coiling head is easily removed so the coil once tied can be taken off. The side of the coiling head also has a pin for use with cable drums.

The measuring head can accept 5mm up to 80mm diameter cable/rope and has a standard mechanical counter measuring system reading metres/decimeters (99999.9m) The measuring head has some wear, from people cutting cable on it previously but this does not effect the operation in any way.
